We have participated in all major straight grate pelletizing projects in China since the introduction of the first oxidized pellet production line in 2009. Notably, we contributed to the Shougang Jingtang (1st Phase) 4 million t/a straight grate pelletizing project in Hebei Province, which was the largest of its kind in Chinese history at that time.

In recent years, CVIC has supplied equipment to many significant straight grate projects, including TOSYALI Algerie (4 million t/a), ArcelorMittal Ukraine (5 million t/a), Ma Steel in 2020 (4 million t/a), Shougang Jingtang (2nd Phase) in 2018 (2 x 4 million t/a), HBIS Group in 2018 (2 x 4.8 million t/a), and Baogang Group in 2015 (4 million t/a).

Additionally, over 40 Grate-kiln Pelletizing plants in China and internationally have integrated our equipment into their production lines. 40 余年来，唐山胜利机械制造有限公司（CVIC）持续从事球团装备相关设备的研发与制造，在项目实施过程中积累了工程应用经验。公司设备已应用于国内外多个项目，累计向不同项目交付各类设备超过 3,000 套 (注：相关数据基于公司历史项目统计，具体情况可根据项目需求提供说明)。依托中国制造基地以及位于加拿大温哥华的技术与业务团队，CVIC 面向不同地区及项目需求开展技术支持与服务工作。

在带式焙烧机球团（Straight Grate Pelletizing）工艺领域，CVIC 参与了国内外相关项目的设备供货与技术支持工作。自 2009 年中国首条氧化球团带式焙烧机球团生产线投产以来，公司在多个项目中提供配套设备与服务，其中包括河北首钢京唐一期 400 万吨/年直线带式焙烧球团项目，该项目在当时同类型项目中具有较大产能规模。
